Every month or so, the library will promote an area of the library’s collection through the Book Shelf. Would you like to know what books the library has on global warming? Maybe you’ve always wondered what science fiction novels the library has. The Book Shelf is the place to look. If you see a book you are interested in, check with Mrs. Bellrose in the library for availabilty.
Earth Day 2008
On April 22, Canada will be celebrating Earth and our attempts to preserve its beauty and health. There are many ways to get involved – for inspiration, have a look at Earth Day Canada’s website. The library holds numerous books which cover all aspects of caring for our Earth.
